LM2902KV: Icc vs temperature graph

Genius 16375 points
Part Number: LM2902KV

Hello,

My customer is working with LM2902KVQPWRG4.
The datasheet specifies Icc as 0.7mA(TYP)/1.2mA(MAX) with VCC=5V and 1.4mA(TYP)/3mA(MAX) with VCC MAX (=30V?)
The are looking for a graph of Icc vs. temperature at VCC=5V, 27V and 30V.

Do you have such a graph?

    Hello Oba-san,

Since this information is not in the data sheet, I will have to look and see if this information has been stored and measured.  I will dig around and see if I can find it.

I will have an update for you by tomorrow evening (US time).  Thank you for your patience.

    Regards,
    Daniel Miller

    Hello Oba-san,

I spent some time today looking in different systems to see if we had this information from qualification.  However, I was not able to find it.  I have reached out to the systems team to get their help and am awaiting their response.

I will have another update for you in the next 48 hours.  Thank you for your patience.

    Regards,
    Daniel

    Hello Oba-san,

Unfortunately, it looks like this information is not available.  The customer will have to accept the min and max values provided in the data sheet across temperature.  I also think this is a safer design route than designing based off a plot across temperature.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Regards,
    Daniel
