    Current sense amplifiers measure the voltage drop over a sense resistor, so you also have to choose a resistor with the appropriate value.

    What accuracy do you need? How much of a burden voltage can you afford?

    I agree with Clemens that a bit more detail would be helpful here. Can you share what error you are targeting across the measurement range? That said, the only current shunt monitor I would recommend for currents this low is the INA190, which has input bias currents in the picoamps, so error at these measurement levels is minimized. 

    You will need to pay extremely close attention to error at this level. I would recommend you check out our video series on current shunt amplifier error sources located here.
