Low input current noise amplifier

Low Noise Op Amp Requirements: Voltage Noise: 1nV/rootHz at 10MHz, Current Noise: 30fA/rootHz at 10MHz

Most of our precision low noise amps' voltage and current noise spectral density are specified from 10kHz to 100kHz. Beyond the Broadband regions, say 10kHz, voltage and current noise spectral density are likely to be flat (except for CMOS type in current noise spectral density). 

I did some search in low noise op amps in our database, I am not sure that we have an op amp that will meet both voltage and current noises spectra density Figures per your op amp requirements. You may have to choose voltage noise over current noise in spectra density specification or vice versa.

What is your op amp application? I may ask our marketing team and further refine your selections tomorrow.

1 nV/√Hz and 30 fA/√Hz are ultra-low at 10 MHz noise op amp products. This really falls into the High-Speed Amplifier Application Team. I am going to transfer your request to our High Speed Op Amp team. Our application team is supporting op amp products up to 50MHz in BW. Hopefully, you will find better products than ours.

There are no devices within the HSAMPS portfolio that cover both your noise requirements. In fact, there aren't many amps that have a broadband noise lower than 1nV/rtHz. You can see these in the link Raymond provided.
