OPA145: OPA145 Spice Model

Part Number: OPA145

I am trying to use the OPA145, but I get this error message as part of the report when simulating.

There are errors in the circuit. Simulation aborted

OPA145.lb (333): .param Gain = 1e-3

*** ERROR *** Illegal subcircuit reference - 'IC4.XIQ+'.

The characters: '              ()^+-*/,&|='

may not be used to call a subcircuit that uses parameters

I have attached the file for the OPA145, which came from TI.

If you look at line 333 you will see the errors.

I can supply the rest of the correspondence about this if required.

It was sent to our spice technical support

With kind regards,

Ernest

  • Hello Ernest,

You mention an attached file for the OPA145, "I have attached the file for the OPA145, which came from TI. If you look at line 333 you will see the errors. I can supply the rest of the correspondence about this if required."

It doesn't appear that the attachment made it. Can please try sending it again? Or are you simply referring to the OPA145 PSpice model listing on the web page?

    Thanks, Thomas
