Hello Team,
The datasheet on the first page stated that the noise Vn is 3 mV (Typ). Checking further in the datasheet shows that Vn is 3uV. Can you share with me the correct value? or did I miss something?

3mV is way too high. This would mean a noise voltage density of
3mV / SQRT(10MHz) = 950nV / SQRT(Hz)
3µV, on the other hand, seems to be a bit more realistic, but now a bit too low:
3µV / SQRT(10MHz) = 950pV / SQRT(Hz)
Looking into the datasheet of NE592 says 12µV, which makes more sense to me:
12µV / SQRT(10MHz) = 3.8nV / SQRT(Hz)
Maybe the correct value in the "electrical characteristics" shall be "13µV" and not "3µV"? This would make sense as it would correspond to a source resistance of 100R :-)

I could not find any useful internal information on this device. The best comparison would be Kai's reply due to the TL592B being a replacement device for the NE592. Thank you Kai for this analysis. The correct value should be 13µV. I suggested a replacement device in this thread. Let me know if this is a different application than what is described in that thread.
