    Ramin,

    Unfortunately we do not currently offer a digital power monitor such as the INA226 in a radiation hardened offering. We only have analog devices as of today. Our two current shunt monitor offerings are: 

    - INA901-SP is our fully RHA device. It is Radiation Hardness Assured (RHA) at 50 krad(Si) at Low Dose Ratem and is Single Event Latch-up (SEL) Immune to 75 MeV-cm2 /mg at 125 °C,

    - INA240-SEP is SEL Immune to 43 MeV-cm2 /mg at 125°C, and is ELDRS Free to 30 krad(Si) – Total Ionizing Dose (TID) RLAT for Every Wafer Lot up to 20 krad(Si)
