For the HBM of TLV2721IDBVR, refer to the data sheet.
I can't find a description of HBM in the data sheet.
Please tell me where it is written

    Hello Takasugi-san,

    There are no ESD ratings in the data sheet. I could not find this data internally.

    I suggest TLV9101 as an alternative this device does have ESD ratings.

    Hello Takasugi-san,

    Your images did not work. Nevertheless, I believe I know to what you are referring.

    1) The quality report say to look at data sheet for data.

    2) The data sheet does not have ESD data, but it doesn't say to look elsewhere.

    3) Therefore there is no data 

    It's not ideal in this case. That's why I suggested a different device that has a better result.

    Takasugi-san,

    For existing designs , TLV9101 is not a replacement because TLV2721 has an odd power supply pinout. TLV2721 is one a few devices that swap the power pins (ground on pin 5). The vast majority of SOT23-5 op maps place GND on pin 2. 

    For new or updated designs, TLV9101 is 23 years newer and it benefits from all the process and design improvements over the last two decades. The TLV901 electrical characteristics are similar or better than TLV2721
