LMC6482: Decoding LMC6482IMM/NOPB marking

Part Number: LMC6482

Regarding LMC6482IMM/NOPB, the following marking is present on the chip:

8AVK

A10

Now, A10 -> mentioned under 'device marking' in datasheet

I understand that:

8 -> mfg year = 2018

A -> mfg month = October

What does VK stand for? Does it have anything to do with lot code or batch code?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Safat,

    We have to be very careful what we disclose regarding product marking because of gray market counterfeiters of semiconductor products like the LMC6482IMM. The additional alphas you question are lot code place holders, but I cannot confirm or deny if it is a valid TI lot code on the e2e forum .

    I hope this helps.
