we are doing MTBF calculation of my design, so I need the MTBF data of TLV9064 at 25 , 40 and 70 degree celcius

Hello Vinaykumar,

I would recommend looking at two of our online calculator tools.

The first is the MTBF and FIT Rate Estimator. This will give you MTBF and FIT rates for a device at 55C. The second is the Temperature change FIT calculator. This will give you the FIT and MTTF data at different temperatures given a certain device activation energy. Based on the first tool, I believe this is a 0.7eV device.
