INA260: MAX Package resistance value

Hi,

Could you please let us know the MAX of package resistance value? On the datasheet, Typ of package resistance is 4.5mm_ohm. But my customer wants the MAX value. Please advise us.

This parameter is not guaranteed with MAX spec unfortunately, and we don't have this data. But you may find this description helpful:

Hi,

On my customer's system, he uses FET, INA260 and Connector between "Power IC output" and "connector". He wants to estimate total voltage drop to review whether output specification on connector is met on his system specification. That is why he asks the max value of package resistance.

I understand there is no data of MAX value. But, could you please let us know the estimated date or rough data? Any comments/data is welcome.

Hi,

Based on a limited number of samples (~100), the rough data or best estimate is:

average=[3.9mΩ, 4.6 mΩ] and max=[4.1mΩ, 4.8 mΩ] over the temperature range of -40ºC to 150ºC. A straight line can be drawn between the two temperatures for interpolation.
