I can definitely start the process for getting thermal information for you. In addition to needing θJB, are there any other thermal data points you would like to know? Are you looking for values performed under standard datasheet conditions, such as 25C ambient temperature?
Please provide any details regarding package type, power consumption, or other factors if you would like thermal information from a certain test condition. Otherwise, I will work on getting a baseline standard junction to board thermal resistance for the LMH6715. This standard test conditions/power consumption scenario would complement the datasheet information, versus a custom test condition for a very acute need. If the concern involves knowing the typical θJB, I would suggest proceeding with standard test conditions. Please respond with any potential changes in timeline or need as we proceed, in addition to confirming the use of typical test conditions for thermal modelling.

The default timeframe to interface with the thermal modelling team is ~2 weeks, is there a specific date you require this information by? I have already submitted the request earlier this week; I can amend the request to try and accommodate a faster timeline.

I've got good news: I received the data early! Please see below measured for the currently available LMH6715MA/NOPB:
Theta JA: 122.3 (close to datasheet value)
Theta JC: 63.8 (close to datasheet value)
Theta JB: 64.9
