LMV762: Application problem

Dear Team，

When using one of the two comparators of this dual, how should I connect the unused comparator? Is there a design file for LMV762?

Hi Yadong,

you could connect one input to midsupply by the help of a 100k + 100k voltage divider being connected between the positive supply voltage and the negative supply voltage (GND). Connect the other input via a 10k current limiting resistor to the negative supply voltage (GND).

For the LMV762,if the unused channel is in a floating state, will it affect the other channel?

Hi Yadong,

it's no good idea to let the unused channel float, especially when we talk about a CMOS chip. I would never do that.
