TL3474A: Thermal resistance

Hi team,

In this IC's datasheet, there is only tRθJA in absolute maximum ration table.

Would you tell me other thermal parameters( ψJT, RθJC(top) , RθJB etc) except tRθJA  of TL3474AIDR?

    The TL347A datasheet is limited as it is a rather old device and in turn an old datasheet.

    Can you tell me about your application requirements?
    This way I may recommend a newer part (with a newer datasheet) that will provide the thermal parameters you require.

    A customer selected this part as the replacement part of competitor's old part and is going to start the evaluation of TL3474A next week.

    If you have other suitable parts, please tell me them.
    The key requirements for the IC are;
    - GBW): >3~4MHz
    - 4 channels
    - Vio(max) < Max10mV(TYP1mV)
    - PKG: Narrow SOP-14

    I recommend that the customer use OPA4991 (TSSOP-14).

    If price is a concern and it is okay that GBW is 3.5MHz, then the TLV9354 is also an appropriate replacement.

    I assume that by "Narrow SOP-14" you mean "TSSOP (PW) 14", please let me know if my assumption is incorrect. 

    The thermal parameters for the quad channel are located on Page 7 of the TLV9354 datasheet and Page 12 of the OPA4991 datasheet
