I am not sure if you are referring to Electromyography, (EMG). Please check out this reference:

We have had some activity on our forum regarding circuitry for EMG such as Noise Problems Encountered in Constructing a Circuit to measure EMG from forearm muscles in Precision Amplifiers Forum. I suggest that you search our forum for other possible references to EMG circuitry.
You may be referring to other methods of measuring muscle activity such as force sensors. If this is the case, I think it would better to contact a company that makes these types of sensors for advice. We may be able to provide assistance in processing the output of these sensors but I would be best to first find a suitable sensor type.
