i would like to know the value of internal resistor(in red block) of INA240A2. Could you please help to answer?

Hi Hollis,

keep in mind that although the internal resistors are perfectly matched and balanced, their absolute manufacturing tolerances from wafer to wafer can be +/-20%. So it's no good idea at all to add any external resistors bigger than 10R. Please also read section 9.1.1 of datasheet.
