OPA1641 Spice model?

Anyone have a Spice model for the OPA1641? I downloaded the TINA model but can't make heads or tails of it. I usually use LTspice for simulation and want to put the OPA1641 model into LTspice. Pspice models usually work OK as-is, such as the OPA134 model. I just can't figure out how to get the model info out of the TINA file....
