Our customer would like to know how much current can be sourced by OP07CP's output terminal. According to Section 10.2 of the datasheet, the output resistance is almost negligible so it can provide as much current as necessary to the output load. However, there is no definite current it can output. The customer's output current requirement is 20mA only.

with a bit luck the OP07C can drive 20mA:
But as it is only typical performance and is not guaranteed you should not rely on it.
The OP07C is an OPAmp specified for 1k loads and higher. What you should look for was an OPAmp specified for 600R loads.
Another option would be to add a discrete push-pull stage and put it into the feedback loop. But with the todays OPAmps available...

Well another input might be from an alternate OP07 supplier, here is something (if I can paste it in) that looks like an early claw curve - has quite a lot of open loop output resistance it seems. This ADI plot might be close to what you might expect generally
