I have a question for LM2901.
Now OUTx pins are externally pulled-up to 3.3V through 10KOhm.
And this 3.3V could be active even though VCC is 0V like the below.
The datasheet says that the absolute max input voltage is 36V and it is not related to VCC voltage.
And absolute max voltage of OUT current is specified as 20mA.
So I think this condition, VCC=0V, OUT is pulled up to 3.3V through 10Kohm, doesn't damage the device.
I just want to confirm it. Doesn't this condition damage the device?
