LMH7322: IBIS Input Model

Hello, 

I was wondering if you have any updated IBIS models for LMH7322 that contain a model for the differential inputs? or could point me towards any other components who's IBIS model that behave similar.

    Hi Mathew,

    I am not aware of any other devices that have similar inputs modeled.

    I am not an IBIS expert, but if it helps:

    The input current is 3uA (5uA max) flowing OUT of each input from VCCI down towards VEE per input.

    I estimate the total Input capacitance is around 1pF to VCCI, and also to VEE (2pF total).

    ESD structures are similar to the outputs - one to VCCI and one to VEE on each input. There are clamp diodes across the inputs (see fig 17).
