When checking the distribution of Gain Error Drift, the distribution shown in the figure below was posted in the data sheet.
I would like you to answer the following questions regarding the distribution in the figure below.
1.How many samples are there in this distribution?
2.Looking at the distribution in the above figure, it seems that the distribution of ± 20ppm or more is only 10%.
I understand that the distribution in the above figure is just reference data, but can I think that the distribution of ± 20ppm or more is about 10%?
