where can I find a die map for LMH6715MDC?
Hi Jason,
Kai is correct, that information is not publicly available. Is there some specific performance or application concern you have?
Best,
Sam
Hi Jason,
Yes this will work as a drop in.
I went ahead and looked at both datasheets and the pad dimensions (TI datasheet pages 20-21) are identical for the 8 pin SOIC. This device is actually intended to be used as a pin-equivalent replacement for the CLC412.

Best,
Sam
Thanks Sam!
I still have 2 main concerns.
1) the pinout of the SOIC does not necessarily confirm the pad locations on the die or the overall size of the die. I have boards on order designed for the CLC412MDC to be mounted on a -5V pad with conductive epoxy. I just found out yesterday we are no longer able to get more CLC412s. So, it's important for me to know for sure what the layout requirements are for the LMH6715MDC. If I need to change it, I need to know right away. I was able to find a die map of LMH6715MDR. It's not clear to me what the differences are between "MDR" and "MDC".
2) "improved replacement for CLC412" doesn't always mean improved for my application. I have unit to unit matching requirements that are difficult to meet. This is used in a video amplifier circuit where S/N or TSS is also difficult to meet. I am anxiously awaiting access to the sample program so I can try it out. They tell me (through TI online chat) it'll be 5 business days until I can request them. Also, it's 12 weeks lead time to order (none in stock). I'm worried there won't be any samples available.
So, I'm in a tough spot at the moment.
Hi Jason,
Please check your inbox for my message regarding a path forward.
