Good day.

Our customer is using the THS4505. In the data sheet, DGN0008D and DGN0008G Package outline is given. Which package outline is applicable for the part THS4505DGN

    Hi Cedrick,

    To ensure supply chain robustness, this part is manufactured at two assembly sites, causing the slight variation in thermal pad size you see between the two packages. I would advise making the solder mask fit the smaller pad (DGN0008D) to ensure there is no potential for excess solder coverage on a tinned PCB.
