INA213: how old of a date code is too old? How to find ic expiration date

Part Number: INA213

I'm wondering if any studies or data have been done on the effects of time on electronics. Specifically I am considering the INA213. I have sourced some older parts and would like to weight the risks of using them in my design.

Hi Hunt,

I have here OPAmps which are 35 years and older and they still work beautifully.

When storing them at low to medium humidity and not too high temperatures they will work for decades.
