Our customer received the MPN#5962-8773901CA instead of MPN#LM139AJ/883 for one of their order. Can you please help us on what's the difference between these 2 parts?

Hello Cedric,

The 5962-8773901CA is the "SMD" (Standard Microcircuit Drawing) orderable for the LM139AJB.

The LM139AJB is the Native TI version of the MIL-STD-883 qualed device

The LM139AJ/883 is the original National Semiconductor MIL-STD-883 qualed device, and I do not see a SMD number.

There have been supply shortages lately, to they may have been substituting the National device, as they are functionally identical and both meet the SMD specs.
