AMC1300: AMC1300BDWVR replacement IC

Hi all,

I am using AMC1300BDWVR isolation IC in my circuit. But as of now ,it is showing on its purchase. Can I have some replacement for this IC? (which is in stock). Is there any difference between between different ICs of AMC1300B series (like AMC1300BDWVR and AMC1300BDWV)

    Hi Himanshu,

    The difference in part numbers for the example you posted is for a reel or non-reel quantity. There may be a minimum number of units you can purchase for the "R" part number. Similar devices are AMC1300B-Q1, AMC1300/-Q1 (B downgrade), AMC1301/-Q1, AMC1302/-Q1 (+/-50mV input).

    Unfortunately there is a supply shortage at this time and I do not have insight into the supply chain.
