The acute angle is not actually occurring due to the via (we are in 3 dimensions), but if you are worried about it you can just reroute it:

The real issue is that you are stepping down to a very narrow trace (6 mils?) after the bypass capacitors. Try to keep supply traces between the bypass capacitors and the IC as short and as wide as possible.
