LF353-N: LF353-N Input Capacitance

Can you tell me the value of the input capacitance for the LF353-N?

Richard,

I believe the capacitance will be the same as LF347-N (quad) two samples.

Cp is noninverting capacitance (to GND)

Cn is inverting capacitance (to GND)

Cd is input to input capacitance.

	LF347	LF347
Cp	3.3 pF	3.4 pF
Cn	3.5 pF	3.7 pF
Cd	1.4 pF	1.9 pF

I do not have data on LF353 (dual).

Hi Richard,

in the original datasheet of LF351 from NS (page 8) you will find 3pF:

pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/.../DS005648.PDF

For phase margin simulations I assume a worst case input capacitance of 10pF for these kinds of FET-input operational amplifiers.
