  what mean the  TEST CONDITIONS  "0.5V step ,50% to 10%"  and   "0.5V step ,50% to 50%"  and   "0.5V step ,50% to 90%"?

    Hello Lun,

    Thanks for your post and for bringing this to our attention! 

    The percentages correspond to where in the unit step the measurement is being taken.

    I drew a crude picture showing the unit step applied to the input below to help illustrate. 

    The value in the datasheet is the amount of time that it takes to see the particular point on the unit step on the output.
