Hi Team,
I require Linear equalizer which can support speed up to 64Gbps NRZ or 32 Giga Buad per sec for PAM4.
Please suggest any P/N.
If this is not available then up to what speed TI will support? Please also send P/N or link if any.

Greetings,
The highest data rate linear redriver at the moment is DS280BR820. Here is a link to this device data sheet:

Hi Nasser,
I just want to know the gain characteristic of DS280BR820 @ 20 GHz.
I want to use it for 32 G baud PAM4 application which has Band width 16 GHz. In data sheet characteristics are given for 14 GHz.
What will be disadvantages or compromise which i will face while using it for PAM4 serdes Lane signalling.
It would be better if you provide any simulation file for DS280BR820 like S2P.
Greetings,
Please register at TI.COM using your company email address. Then follow the link below to request access to the DS280BR820 design documents including IBIS-AMI files.

Hi Nasser,
I have put the access request. It will take some time to response from TI.
Mean while can you tell me its(DS280BR820) response (Gain/insertion loss) for 20 GHz frequency band.
Hi Shivakant,
It is best to provide you with IBIS-AMI access for DS280BR820 so you can run a simulation in your media environment. Please use your company email address and send me email at nasser.mohammadi@ti.com. Please provide some background related to your application as well.

Hi Nasser,
I want to know how much max Equalization we can do with DS280BR820 in dB.
Also how much broad band gain in dB we can provide through this IC?
Hi Shivakant,
There is about 25dB gain - relative to 20MHz - with the highest EQ settings.
Please note performance of DS280BR820 in PAM-4 application highly depends on the channel characteristics, PAM4--4 receiver capability, and device placement. So it is highly recommend to run IBIS-AMI modeling to make sure your receiver is getting adequate eye opening.
