1. I see 2 identical circuits of PCM2912 With Identical nets. Why is this so?

2. A single Ground Plane is fine for the circuit.

Would you like to ask if 6 MHz Crystal can be changed to 6 MHz OSC with voltage?

You can provide 3.3v/6Mhz clock to XTI pin. XTO can be left open. Use a 22 ohm resistor in series with source producing 6Mhz
