Your component selection looks good, the one area I would urge caution is in the splitting of the ground planes. It looks like you plan to have many different ground planes. These will need to be shorted together in your layout and typically you want to do this close to the IC with a star connection. I would suggest a direct short rather than a 30 Ohm impedance between GNDs. Typically you would use a bleeder resistor like this when you are connecting the board GND to Earth GND. Everything else looks good!
