Hi Team,

I use PCM1808 in slave mode. And input SCLK=256fs,BCK=64fs.
If change sampling rate 48kHz to 44.1kHz (change SCLK 12.288MHz to 11.2896MHz too,)

･How many sec does it take from SCKI input to Fade-in Complete?
A, follow Figure 3.

t(RST) + t(REL) + 48/fs = 1024 * SCKI[1/(256*44.1k)] + 8960 / fs[44.1k] + 48 / fs[44.1k]
= 204.353msec

B, follow Figure 23.

32/fs + 48/fs = 32 / fs[44.1k] + 48 / fs[44.1k]
= 1.814msec

･If change sampling rate, should it need power-down or any control?

Hello,

Top calculations would be the correct one as for a change in sampling frequency would need a reset but not a full shutdown.

But what is applied situation on Figure 23?

Is it applied only situation of no changing at sampling rate?

Like missed LRCK & BCK?

Hello,

Figure 23 implies situation where LRCLK and SCKI lose sync with each other due to something like jitter not an intentional programming changing.
