hi, when analog supply is 3.3V and IO supply is 1.8V, which should come earlier? Or there is no such limitation?

also in this supply use case, are there any concern if MCLK input to XI and use 44.1kHz sampling? (just double check in case i have datasheet misunderstanding)

Hello,

There is no such specification of order but you could do analog than IO if there were going to be a order.

Hello,

Nothing specific it would just be good practice to have analog powered up before you have interface powered up so that you dont start any communication until internals of chips are powered on.
