TPA3144D2: Missing "Click and Pop Free Startup"

Part Number: TPA3144D2

Dear TI, I have a design based on the TPA3144D2, I have implemented a diagram that resembles figure 26 in the datasheet (SLOS907C – APRIL 2015 – REVISED DECEMBER 2017). I operated it on a 12V supply (always applied) and a 8 ohm speaker Gain= 20dB, and when I take it out of shutdown, it makes a loud scream. Looks like it tries to drive the speaker with a large DC offset. It never invokes the DC protection.

If I add a 1k resistor across RinN and RinP, the scream is very significantly reduced.

How should I ensure Click and Pop Free Startup

Best regards
