TAS5766M: Pure Path Console Getting Stuck on Updating Components

     It's a problem we rarely met. Do you have any other EVM at your hand? Like 58 series for example, and try if you can successfully configure them. You can try uninstall the PPC3 and reinstall the newest version. Also try using a different computer.

We don't have any other EVM to test what you have suggested.

I will try to reinstall PPC3 and will also try on new PC, by than can you please confirm what is the reasons this happens, so that we can narrow down the issue and try to debug it.

I did reinstall, still same issue and when I close and restart the App, it says Application encountered some problem, below is the error

Dear Shadow,

I tried on different PC's, it works on one of them and not on another, all are Windows 10.

Also,I tried on MAC but App directly crashes after signing in, somehow I was able to sign in but it did not show any Amplifier to install.

Can you please check what are the issues with this? As the problem is not consistent, it seems very random.

    Please check the version of the PPC3. Is it V3.2.1?

Yes, I have the latest version, same installer is working on one computer but not on the other 2.

    Please follow the below link to install MATLAB Runtime R2013b(8.2) into your computer. And let's see if it helps.
