Hi Team, 

My customer wants to know the tolerance for absolute max. rating of analog/digital input pin.

Datasheet says "Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.", 

is there specific time period that voltage can exceeds -0.3V without problem? Customer may exceeds -0.3V during transient event. 

If needed, I'll ask customer to provide waveform during transient event so you can help judge.
