BTL and PBTL have no sound or the sound is intermittent, 0x02 reports C0, 70, 30, what is the reason?

Seems your I2S clock have serious problem. Please use oscilloscope to capture all the clock signals, check if the clock signal is stable, and make sure the clock rate meet datasheet's requirement.
