TLV320AIC3120: TLV320AIC3120 DC LEVEL For Surge TEST

Part Number: TLV320AIC3120

Dear team,

I am using TLV320AIC3120 AUDIO CODEC.

We are conducting a surge test that applies a Voltage Waveform (1.2 x 50us) to the MIC1RP Pin based on the EN61000-4-5 standard.

±1kV is being applied, and a protection Diode is added to the circuit so that ±9V of clamping voltage is applied to the MIC1RP Pin.

In this case, it was confirmed that the MIC1RP Pin of the TLV320AIC3120 AUDIO CODEC is damaged.

Is there a DC Level Spec for Surge Voltage?

I always appreciate your kind replies.
