TAS5828MEVM: unable to connect

Hi team,

When my customer uses the EVM , it can't be connected and the pid and vid displays F.

They can connect the EVM to the PC without problems two weeks ago and it suddenly can't be connected.

    can you share me the screen short of pid and vid displays F. i am not very clear about what is it.

    usually, our action is as below when encounter not connect problem:

    1. restart PC.

    2. uninstall SW and reinstall

    3. confirm with company IT whether any security been added

    4. change another PC and try again.
