TAS5558: How to configure TAS5558 to support 44.1KHz input audio?

Hi 

The attachment is our setting for 48KHz, it works well. our MCLK input clock is 12.288MHz. 

if MCLK still is 12.288MHz, how do we modify the attached setting for 44.1KHz input audio support

       I'm afraid there's no correct setting for this clock combination, the ratio can't meet datasheet requirement. You could have a try with the same settings as 48KHz, and check if device could work without clock fault, but no guarantee.
