PCM6360Q1EVM-PDK: Recording not possible with Windows WASAPI

this settings works with audacity 3.2.4 with MME and Windows Direct Sound driver, but only on 2 channels.

If I try to use the Windows WASAPI , audacity shows following error message (tried all number of channels 1-8, and sample rates)

I also tried Octave's audiorecorder object, but also with no success.

Does anyone know a solution to simultaneously record at least 6 channels.

I don't think Audacity can support more than 2 channel.

8 channels are possible on TI USB Audio.

Is there another simple solution, to try the normal function of this evalboard?

I found a solution with Adacity. Select the Windows WASAPI Host and 8 channels (no other number of channles is working) ... sampling frequenzy 48000.

Sorry, i never tried 8 channels before, because the PCM6360 owns only 6 channels.
