Forgot to comment on the clock configuration. Is your BCLK actually 1.565MHz? This is not a multiple of 48kHz. I would recommend to double check a few BCLK transitions along with SDIN data, make sure the misalignment is not causing data bits to be sampled incorrectly. Otherwise, you would have to fix either the frequency, hold times or other clock parameters so that data can be sampled.

Actually I noted that BCLK from oscilloscope but it should be 48Kx2x16. now i made it correct, j = 60, NDAC = 5, MDAC = 3, DOSR = 128.

what i notice is the audio play is little fast as compared to the original, and also there is some tick sound with audio which is making the audio quality worst.

I will try the soft stepping feature to eliminate the pop sounds but what should be done for the tick sound appearing with the audio and is it because of the fast play of audio?. Please suggest me how to eliminate all these things.

Hi Ajmal,

The soft-stepping feature is meaningful only if the popping happens during power up, which doesn't seem to be the case (you may disregard that).
Given your description of faster audio and the tick/popping during audio playback, it seems either the clocks or some formatting is the issue. I would suggest inspecting and double check that all clocks comply with the amplifier timing requirements. If there's a problem in hold time or jitter it may become a problem on how the data is being sampled.
