Hello Junsong,
The full-scale differential value is 2xSingle ended, or 1.414Vrms. Please note that when using differential configuration, the single-ended voltage that each pin will take is still 0.707, however, 0dB value will only happen at 1.414 (or 0.707 differential to both input pins).

Hello Junsong,
In the second line, the programable gain amplifier (PGA) is set to -12dB. To accomplish this the effective input impedance is changed from 20k to 80k as shown in the datasheet.
To decide on which value to use for your calculation, please see what the input PGA is set to in Page 0, Register 17.
