Hi, Support Team

Currently our clients use TLV320AIC3104-Q1 For Automotive T-BOX application, but clients need programmble microphone input fault diagnostics features.

-Open input or shorted inputs

-Short to ground, MICBIAS or VBAT

-Microphone bias over current protection

about TLV320AIC3104-Q1 how to implement It?

if any, Please advise me.

    Hi Lawrence, 

    Thank you for reaching out. Does the standard that this is tested require the short to be applied directly to the device pins? Theoretically, the AC coupling capacitors can be sized so that they can withstand this short. However, this is not a common use case for the AIC3104-Q1. There are no features for these protections at this time.
