Hi Ore

Thank you for sharing T.I's T&C, however, this is not what I am after.

I am referring to T.I.'s legal obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity, which applies to all manufacturers who apply the CE mark to their products. This legal obligation is expressed in all the CE directives, the ROHS directive included.

Please refer to Article 7.c of the ROHS directive 2011/65/EU, under the section "Obligations of the Manufacturer" (Access the directive HERE) 

Mouser USA, as the importer when placing the product on the EU market, has the obligation to hold a copy of the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity in their records, hence the request.
