TLV320AIC3120: Minimum requirements of host processor to use with this CODEC

Hello - We are using the CODEC (TLV320AIC3120) in a battery powered product consisting of the CODEC, microphone, speaker and host processor. We would like to use the ATTINY84 has the host processor and I would like to know if this processor would be sufficient or if there is another AVR processor you would recommend. If there is a set of minimum requirements for the host processor, that would be very helpful. Thank you, Chris

Hi,

The host selection will depend on your requirement, from the codec point of view it needs to be able to generate and receive the audio serial interface.

Here is an example using TI Launchpad as the host.
