TAS5825P: Hybrid-Pro for multiple TAS5825P devices

Part Number: TAS5825P

Hi:)

-

According to the "TAS5825P Hybrid-Pro User Guidance", when there are several TAS5825P ICs with the Hybrid-Pro feature enabled the Hybrid-Pro outputs should be set to 'Open-Drain' and connected together, along with a Pull-Up resistor as shown in these diagrams:

The problem is that due to this added Pull-Up, the calculated Hybrid-Pro LowPass-Filter with booster output voltages do not match up anymore. Along with this there is also a added 1.8mA of current draw from the Pull-Up resistor  (1.8V DVDD) .

-

So instead of this Pull-Up resistor, is it possible to use a 'OR-GATE' like shown here?:

The 'OR-GATE' is a "Push-Pull" variant and will be supplied with the same voltage as the DVDD of the TAS5825P.

-

In my final design there will be a connector in between the TAS5825P ICs and the actual boost converter, due to this I would like to add a additional Buffer like shown here:

Both the OR-GATE and Buffer are Push-Pull output. Hybrid-Pro will be set to 16-steps/192KHz

-

Would there be any problem with this setup and/or can it be improved?

Thanks!
