Are you buying these directly from TI? Do you see these on 1 date code or several and can we get the date code that are showing this?

I bought this from a supplier we have cooperated with for a long time. There is no specific year cycle, only the batch 05T+ on the chip.

Please clarify are you seeing this issue only on 05T and not others? Do you have other date code besides 05T? Are you seeing problem with your assembly because of this?

Yes，this issue only on 05T，other batches will not，Unfortunately, I don't know the exact year period of this chip？

It might/might not be an issue. I can see some odd alignment here, we have visual inspection in the process and strange to see this.

My suggestion is get with your supplier and they can probably assist you with the next step if you think this will be an issue in the assembly.
