Yes,this issue only on 05T,other batches will not,Unfortunately, I don't know the exact year period of this chip?
What I want to know is whether this kind of foot is normal and whether it will affect the welding machine plate?

It might/might not be an issue. I can see some odd alignment here, we have visual inspection in the process and strange to see this.
My suggestion is get with your supplier and they can probably assist you with the next step if you think this will be an issue in the assembly.
