PCM5242: Can PCM5242 be set to 2.1Vrms in balanced output?

Part Number: PCM5242
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5102A, PCM5100A

Hello

There are two questions about PCM5242. Hope anyone could help.

1. I found that there is a PCM5242 datasheet with 2.1Vrms output
https://datasheet.octopart.com/PCM5242RHBT-Texas-Instruments-datasheet-27842574.pdf

Is it obsolete?
I'd like to know if there are any ways to have 2.1Vrms since 4.2Vrms is too much for amplifier with analog volume control. There will be channel imbalances at low volumes.

2. for the LPF circuit, will this be better? The high frequency can pass to AGND and won't go through signal path.

Thank you!
