I made a raspberrypi HAT design using TLV320ADC6140, two ADCs are mounted on the raspberryPi I2C bus.
Somehow the two ADCs can't be found on I2C bus by Pi.
Some other weird things include: AREG and VREF is zero volt, however DREG is 1.4V, and both AVDD and IOVDD are 3.3V.
